Solid drafting pen
Does exactly what it says on the package. The black is deep and opaque. I deducted one star only because I wish the grip section was slightly more textured for long drawing sessions.

Smooth writing experience
I use these for journaling and bullet points. The 0.3mm size is perfect for small handwriting. It feels premium in the hand and the clip is sturdy enough for a pocket.

Good but tip is delicate
The ink flow is fantastic and very dark. However, you have to be careful not to press too hard or drop the pen, as the fine tip can bend easily. Treat it gently and it works wonders.

Artist essential
I have been using Uni Pin fins for years. They are reliable, affordable, and produce clean lines every time. This specific model is great for detailed bordering work.

Great value for money
I bought a set of different sizes for my architecture drafts. They glide smoothly on paper and the cap seals tightly so the ink doesn't dry out quickly. Excellent quality from Japan.

Perfect for manga inking
These pens are a staple in my art kit. The line is incredibly consistent and the waterproof ink means I can watercolor over my sketches without any smudging. Highly recommended for anime artists.
Q: Is the ink safe for use with alcohol markers?
A: Yes, the pigment ink is waterproof and generally alcohol-resistant once fully dried. We recommend waiting a few minutes after inking before applying alcohol markers.
Q: Is this pen refillable?
A: No, the Uni Pin Fine Line series is designed as a disposable pen. Once the ink runs out, the entire unit should be replaced.
Q: Can I use this on glossy photo paper?
A: While it will write on glossy paper, the ink may take longer to dry and could potentially smear. It performs best on standard sketchbook paper or Bristol board.
Q: Does this come in a pack or individually?
A: This specific listing is for a single pen. We also offer multi-packs of assorted sizes if you need a full range of line weights.
Q: What is the difference between PIN-200 and PIN-300?
A: The PIN-200 features a metal clip and a slightly more robust barrel design compared to the PIN-300, which is a more economical version with a plastic clip. The ink and nib quality are identical.
