True to the Sakura reputation
These are genuine Japanese imports. The ink dries instantly and doesn't bleed through standard sketchbook paper. The fine liners are smooth to write with.

Best fineliners on the market
I have tried many brands, but nothing beats the consistency of Pigma Microns. The 0.05 tip is fragile if you press too hard, but with a light hand, it is magical.

Architectural drawing essential
As an architecture student, I need lines that are consistent and dark. The 0.3mm provides the perfect line weight for final plans. Highly recommend this set.

Great quality, fast shipping
Love the colored 0.1mm pens for highlighting details. One pen arrived with a slightly loose cap, but the ink flow was still perfect. Overall very satisfied.

Solid set for professionals
Good variety of sizes in one pack. The black ink is deeply saturated. I wish the set included a 0.2mm option as well, but otherwise, it is excellent.

Perfect for intricate manga work
The 0.05mm tip is incredibly precise without skipping. I use these daily for my comic strips and the waterproof ink is a lifesaver when adding watercolor washes later.
Q: What is the difference between this set and the standard black-only set?
A: This flagship set includes a selection of colored fine liners (0.1mm) in addition to the black pens (0.3mm, 0.1mm, 0.05mm), offering more versatility for color-coding and artistic details.
Q: Are these pens refillable?
A: No, the Sakura Pigma Micron pens are designed as disposable units to ensure consistent ink flow and nib integrity throughout their lifespan.
Q: Does the colored ink fade over time?
A: Sakura Pigma ink is archival quality and acid-free, meaning it is resistant to fading and chemical degradation when stored properly away from direct sunlight.
Q: Is the 0.05mm tip durable enough for daily use?
A: The 0.05mm tip is very fine and best used with a light hand. While durable for normal drawing, pressing too hard or dropping the pen can damage the nib.
Q: Can I use these on fabric?
A: While the ink is permanent and waterproof, these pens are optimized for paper. For fabric, we recommend using markers specifically designed for textiles to ensure flexibility and washability.
