Great communication and result

The support team kept me updated with photos throughout the repair process. My knob was reattached securely. The only reason for 4 stars is the shipping cost back was a bit high, but the repair itself is flawless.

Solid metal stapling job

Had a large crack running down the side of my pot. They used traditional copper staples to bind it. It looks very authentic and sturdy. Took about 3 weeks instead of the estimated 2, but the quality makes up for the wait.
