Beautiful craftsmanship and keeps tea hot
This teapot is absolutely stunning. The purple clay has a wonderful texture, and the single hand-grip design feels very secure. It brews my oolong perfectly without getting too hot to hold.

Excellent heat retention

Lovely pot, slightly heavy
The teapot is beautiful and functions well. It is a bit heavier than my other ceramic pots due to the thick clay, but that helps with heat retention.

A: While suitable for all teas, Zisha pots are traditionally best for darker teas like Oolong, Black, and Pu-erh. Green tea can be brewed in it, but lower temperatures are recommended.
Q: Is this teapot safe to use on a direct flame or electric stove?
A: No, this Zisha teapot is designed for brewing with hot water only. Please do not place it directly on a stove or open flame as it may crack.
