Perfect addition to my tea station
This ceramic washer is beautiful and functional. The glaze is smooth, and the size is perfect for catching wastewater during a full Gongfu session without needing constant emptying.

Sturdy and well-made

Elegant design
I love the celadon color; it matches my Yixing pot perfectly. The interior is deep enough to hold a good amount of water and tea leaves before needing to be rinsed out.

Great quality, slightly heavy
The build quality is excellent and it feels very premium. It is a bit heavier than I expected, which makes it stable but slightly less portable if you move your tea setup often.

Nice but no drain plug
The bowl looks great, but I wish it had a drain plug at the bottom. Pouring out the water from the side can be a little tricky when it's full of wet tea leaves.

A: Yes, all our ceramic tea accessories are fired at high temperatures and use lead-free, food-safe glazes suitable for contact with hot water and tea.
Q: Does this tea washer come with a drainage hose or plug?
A: No, this model features an internal reservoir design intended to be emptied manually by pouring. It does not include a drainage hose or bottom plug.
Q: Does the package include the bamboo tongs shown in the picture?
A: Yes, the complete accessory set includes one pair of natural bamboo tongs along with the ceramic tea washer.
Q: Can I put this in the microwave to warm it up before brewing?
A: While the ceramic is microwave safe, we recommend warming it with hot water instead to avoid thermal shock which could potentially crack the glaze over time.
