Excellent build quality
I was worried about cheap plastic cracking under pressure, but this unit is solid. The seals fit tightly, and there are no leaks. Highly recommend for anyone upgrading their filter head.

Fast shipping and perfect fit
Arrived two days earlier than expected. All parts were included in the box. It fits standard tanks as advertised. My pool maintenance routine is much easier now with better flow distribution.

Good quality, clear instructions needed
The plastic feels very durable and thick. However, the installation diagram was a bit vague. Once I figured out the orientation of the branch pipes, everything worked great. My pool water is crystal clear.

Restored my filter's performance
My old distributor had cracked branches causing channeling in the sand. This new octopus style distributor fixed the issue immediately. The water circulation is balanced across the entire tank bed.

Perfect replacement for my old system
The octopus distributor fit perfectly into my existing sand tank. The water flow is much more even now, and the filtration efficiency has noticeably improved. Installation took about 30 minutes.

Great value for the price
Compared to buying a whole new filter tank, replacing just the internal accessories was very cost-effective. The branch pipes are flexible enough to snap in without breaking but sturdy once installed.

A: This package includes the octopus distributor head and the eight branch pipes. The central standpipe is usually part of the existing tank structure, but if yours is damaged, please check our separate listings for standpipe replacements.

A: Yes, this octopus distributor is designed to fit most standard sand filter tanks ranging from 16 to 30 inches in diameter, provided the central connection port is 2 inches.

A: Absolutely. The high-density ABS plastic used in this distributor is resistant to corrosion and chemicals, making it fully suitable for both chlorinated and saltwater swimming pools.
Q: Do I need any special glue to install the branch pipes?
