Good sound, minor cosmetic flaw
The sound is fantastic, but there was a small scratch on the rim upon arrival. It doesn't affect the playability, but I expected perfection at this price point.

A: While it can be used outdoors temporarily, we recommend keeping it indoors or under cover. Prolonged exposure to rain and humidity may accelerate oxidation and affect the finish.
Q: How loud is this gong compared to a standard 20-inch model?
A: Due to its larger diameter and thicker alloy, this 24-inch model projects significantly louder and has a deeper fundamental frequency than standard 20-inch gongs.
Q: Is the pitch fixed or adjustable?
A: Like all traditional Su Gongs, the pitch is fixed based on the casting and hammering process. It cannot be tuned or adjusted after purchase.
