Great quality, takes time to sew
The quality of the patch itself is excellent and very durable. Just be aware that you have to sew them on yourself, which took me about 15 minutes per label. Worth the effort though.

No fading after months of use
We bought these six months ago, and despite weekly washing, the names are still bright and clear. No fraying edges either. Highly recommend for busy parents.

Perfect for school uniforms!

Survived the dryer!
I was worried they might peel or curl in the dryer, but they held up perfectly. The stitching is tight and strong. Will definitely order more for next year.

A: Absolutely. The twill base is sturdy enough to be sewn onto thicker fabrics like wool or heavy polyester blends found in winter coats.
Q: What happens if I make a typo in my order?
A: Please contact us immediately within 1 hour of placing your order. Since production starts quickly, we can only correct errors if caught before the embroidery process begins.
Q: Do these patches come with adhesive backing?
A: No, these are designed specifically as sew-on patches to ensure maximum durability through repeated washing. They do not have an iron-on or adhesive backing.
Q: How long does shipping take for custom orders?
A: Since each patch is embroidered to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Standard free shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days.
Q: Can I use special characters like hyphens in the name?
A: Yes, you can include hyphens and apostrophes in the custom text. Please note that spaces count as one character towards the 12-character limit.
