Essential for yoga and stretching

Good value for the set
You get five different resistance levels which is great for progression. The lightest band is a bit too easy for me now, but the heaviest one is genuinely tough. Overall, a solid purchase for the price point.

Helped with knee rehab
My physical therapist suggested using resistance bands for knee strengthening. These are gentle enough for recovery exercises but sturdy enough to provide real resistance. Very happy with the durability so far.

Perfect for home glute workouts
I've been using these bands for three weeks now and the difference in my hip activation is noticeable. The medium resistance is perfect for warm-ups, while the heavy one really challenges me during squats. They don't roll up like cheaper bands I've tried before.

Compact and effective

Great quality, strong smell initially
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. My only complaint is the strong latex smell when first opened, but it faded after leaving them out for a day. Great for adding resistance to bodyweight exercises.
Q: Do these bands contain latex? I have an allergy.
A: Yes, these resistance loops are made from natural latex. If you have a latex allergy, we recommend consulting your physician before use or looking for our specific fabric-based resistance bands which are latex-free.
Q: Can these be used for pull-up assistance?
A: These specific loop bands are designed primarily for lower body and glute activation. While they are durable, they are not thick or long enough for safe pull-up assistance. We recommend our dedicated 'Power Pull-Up Bands' for that purpose.
Q: What is the circumference of the loop when fully stretched?
A: The resting circumference is approximately 12 inches. Depending on the resistance level selected, the bands can safely stretch up to 2.5 times their original length without losing elasticity or risking snapping.
Q: Is there a guide included on how to use them?
A: Yes, each set comes with a digital QR code linking to a library of video tutorials covering various exercises for hips, legs, and upper body, as well as a printable PDF exercise chart.
Q: How do I clean the bands if they get sweaty?
