Good but smell strong initially
The support is excellent, but the neoprene smell was quite overpowering when I first opened the package. After washing and airing them out, it got better.

The material feels very durable and high quality. Just be aware they run small, so size up if you are between sizes. Once broken in, they are comfortable.

A: All orders include a matched pair of elbow sleeves, one for the left arm and one for the right arm.
Q: How do I determine the correct size?
A: Measure the circumference of your elbow while fully extended. Refer to our size chart on the product images; if your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Q: What is the best way to clean these sleeves?
A: We recommend hand washing them in cold water with mild detergent and hanging them to air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry as this can damage the neoprene elasticity.
Q: Can I wear these for running or cardio?
A: While you can, these are specifically designed for heavy lifting and maximum compression. They may be too thick and restrictive for high-repetition cardio activities.
Q: Are these sleeves approved for IPF powerlifting competitions?
