Great quality, slightly stiff initially
The cable quality is top-notch and the jacket feels very robust. It was a bit stiff during the initial installation in tight bends, but it loosened up after a few hundred cycles as expected.

Solved our EMI issues
We were experiencing frequent encoder errors due to electromagnetic interference. Switching to this shielded TRVVSP cable completely resolved the issue. Data transmission is now stable even in noisy environments.

A: We offer both options. You can purchase full reels (100m, 200m, 500m) or request custom cut lengths in multiples of 1 meter. Custom cuts may have a slightly different lead time depending on current stock levels.
Q: Can this cable be used for power transmission as well as signals?
A: This cable is specifically engineered for servo control and encoder signals. While it can handle low voltage power, we do not recommend using it for high-current power transmission to ensure optimal signal integrity and safety compliance.
Q: What is the exact outer diameter for the 16-core version?
A: The outer diameter for the 16-core configuration is approximately 12.5mm, though this can vary slightly depending on the specific conductor gauge selected (e.g., 0.5mm² vs 0.75mm²). Please refer to the detailed datasheet for precise dimensions per gauge.
Q: What is the bending radius if the cable is installed statically?
A: For static installations where the cable does not move, the minimum bending radius is reduced to 4x the cable diameter. However, to maximize lifespan, we still suggest adhering to the dynamic rating of 7.5x whenever possible.
