Efficient and reliable

Good machine, heavy duty thread required
Works well overall, but you must use high-quality industrial thread or it jams occasionally. Customer support helped me identify the right thread type, which solved the issue.

Perfect for our warehouse needs

Portable and powerful

Great value, minor learning curve
The stitching quality is excellent on woven sacks. It took about an hour to get used to the tension settings, but once configured, it works flawlessly. The battery lasts a full shift for us.
Q: How long does the battery last on a single charge?
A: Under normal operating conditions with continuous stitching, the battery lasts approximately 4 hours. Intermittent use can extend this time significantly.
Q: Is replacement needle easy to find?
A: Yes, we include a spare needle kit with every purchase. Replacement needles are standard industrial curved needles available through our store or most industrial sewing supply retailers.
Q: What is the maximum thickness of the bag it can handle?
A: The machine can effectively seal bags up to 15mm in thickness. For materials thicker than this, please contact our support team for a heavy-duty industrial model recommendation.
Q: Does it come with a warranty?
A: Absolutely. All units come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering motor defects and battery issues. Normal wear and tear on needles and thread guides are excluded.
Q: Can this machine seal plastic bags or only woven sacks?
A: This model is specifically designed for woven polypropylene sacks and jute bags. It is not recommended for thin plastic films as the needle mechanism is optimized for thicker, woven materials.
