Solid construction
Very heavy and sturdy machine which reduces vibration. The only minor issue is that the threading diagram could be clearer, but once you learn it, re-threading is fast.

Professional quality for home use

Great machine, steep learning curve

Reliable workhorse

Best upgrade I've made
Upgraded from a basic plastic serger to this JUKI flagship model. The difference in stability and finish is night and day. The differential feed prevents stretching on jersey fabric perfectly.

Smooth and quiet operation
I was worried about noise since my sewing room is near the bedroom, but this machine is surprisingly quiet. The direct drive motor makes it very smooth to operate even at high speeds.
