Robust build quality
This feels like a tank. Very stable even at high speeds. I use it for upholstery projects and it powers through multiple layers of canvas without skipping stitches.

Great machine, slight learning curve
The features are incredible for the price. It took me a day to get used to the digital interface, but once I did, sewing became much faster. Highly recommend watching the tutorial videos.

Best upgrade I've made
Upgraded from an old mechanical model. The noise level is significantly lower, and the stitch quality is professional grade. The butterfly logo on the casing is a nice touch too.

Perfect for heavy denim and delicate silk
I was skeptical about the 'thick and thin' claim, but this machine handled my jeans and my daughter's prom dress equally well. The automatic tension adjustment is a game changer.

Customer support was helpful
Had a question about setting up the bobbin sensor. The support team responded within an hour with a clear video guide. The machine itself runs flawlessly.

Excellent value for money
For a 2025 flagship model, the price point is very competitive. The automatic needle threader works 99% of the time. My only wish is that the extension table was included in the box.
Q: Can I download custom stitch patterns?
A: Currently, the B197/PRO supports over 200 pre-installed stitches. While USB import for custom stitches is not available on this specific model, the variety included covers most household and professional needs.
Q: Can this machine sew through leather?
A: Yes, the B197/PRO is designed to handle thick materials including genuine leather up to 3mm thickness, provided you use the correct heavy-duty needle.
Q: What type of bobbins does this use?
A: This model uses standard Class 15 transparent bobbins, which are widely available at most fabric stores and online retailers.
Q: Does it come with an English manual?
A: Absolutely. The package includes a comprehensive hardcopy manual in English, along with access to digital video tutorials in multiple languages.
Q: Is the foot pedal speed control adjustable?
A: Yes, you can customize the sensitivity of the foot pedal via the settings menu to match your comfort level, ranging from very slow to maximum speed.
