Solid build quality
The metal housing feels durable and ready for a workshop environment. I deducted one star only because the oiling instructions could be clearer, but overall it is an excellent tool for sealing feed and fertilizer bags.

Perfect for our warehouse packaging
We use this daily to seal grain bags in our storage facility. It is lightweight enough to carry around but powerful enough to stitch through thick woven sacks without jamming. Highly recommended for industrial light-duty use.

Saves so much time

Compact and reliable

Great value, minor learning curve
The machine works exactly as described. It took me about 10 minutes to get the tension right on the first bag, but once adjusted, it creates a secure chain stitch very quickly. The carrying case is a nice bonus.
Q: What happens if the thread breaks mid-stitch?
A: Simply re-thread the needle, place the machine head slightly overlapping the previous stitch line, and pull the trigger to continue. The chain stitch design allows for easy restarting.
Q: How often does the machine need oiling?
A: For optimal performance, we recommend adding a drop of sewing machine oil to the needle bar and hook area before each shift or every 4 hours of continuous use.
Q: Can it sew through leather or just woven bags?
A: This model is specifically designed for woven polypropylene, jute, and canvas bags. It is not recommended for heavy leather or non-woven fabrics.
Q: Does this machine require special thread?
A: Yes, it works best with standard industrial poly thread sized for DC x 1 needles, which is commonly available at packaging supply stores.
Q: Is the power cord long enough for large workspaces?
A: The included cord is approximately 6 feet long. For larger warehouses, we suggest using a heavy-duty extension cord rated for the machine's amperage.
