Essential for auto-watering system
Integrated this into my garden irrigation reservoir. It triggers the refill valve perfectly when levels get low. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for my aquarium project
This sensor works flawlessly outside my plastic tank. No need to drill holes or worry about leaks. The detection is instant and the LED indicator is very bright.

Robust and easy to wire
The wiring diagram was clear, and the cable quality feels durable. It handles voltage fluctuations well. I've tested it with both water and light oil successfully.

Solved my sump pump issue
I used this to control a small sump pump. Since it's non-contact, I don't have to worry about corrosion from the water. Highly recommended for home automation.

Great value but needs calibration
For the price, this is an excellent module. It took a little trial and error to find the sweet spot on the container wall, but once set, it has been reliable for weeks.

Works but sensitive to wall thickness
It works as advertised, but be aware that if your plastic container wall is too thick, the sensitivity drops significantly. Works great on thin-walled bottles though.
Q: Is the cable long enough for outdoor use?
A: The standard cable is 2 meters. For outdoor use, we recommend extending the connection using waterproof junction boxes and appropriate gauge wiring to maintain signal integrity.
Q: What is the maximum wall thickness it can penetrate?
A: Generally, the sensor works best with container walls up to 10mm thick. Performance may vary depending on the specific material density.
Q: Will this work through a metal tank?
A: No, this is an inductive sensor designed specifically for non-metallic containers like plastic, glass, or ceramic. It will not detect liquid levels through metal walls.
Q: Can I use this with corrosive chemicals?
A: Yes, since the sensor does not come into direct contact with the liquid, it is safe for use with corrosive chemicals provided the container itself is resistant to those chemicals.
Q: Does this output analog or digital signals?
A: This module outputs a digital switch signal (High/Low). It indicates whether the liquid level has reached the sensor point or not.
