Works well, fast shipping

5 FAQ

Q: How long does the calibration last?

A: The sensor comes pre-calibrated from the factory. Under normal operating conditions, it should maintain accuracy for several years without needing recalibration.

Q: Can this be used for an air conditioner instead of a dehumidifier?

A: While it measures temperature and humidity, the firmware logic and resistance curves are tuned for the Hokuriku dehumidifier series. We do not recommend using it for air conditioning units.

Q: Do I need to solder anything to install this?

A: No soldering is required. This is a direct plug-and-play replacement that connects via the existing harness connector inside the unit.

Q: What should I do if the error code persists after installation?

A: Please ensure the connector is fully seated and the pins are not bent. If the issue continues, there may be a problem with the main control board rather than the sensor. Please contact our support team for further diagnostics.

Q: Is this compatible with the HSU-06J model as well?

A: This module is specifically calibrated for the HSU-07J5. While the physical connector might fit other models, we cannot guarantee accurate readings or proper operation with the HSU-06J.
