Great sensor, minor wiring confusion
The sensor itself works flawlessly. The only reason for 4 stars is that the pinout diagram on the module was slightly faded, but once I found the datasheet online, it worked perfectly.

Good value for money

Survived a heavy rainstorm

A: In sleep mode, the current consumption is typically less than 0.5 µA, making it ideal for battery-powered applications where energy efficiency is critical.
Q: Does it come with a protective cap installed?
A: Yes, the unit ships with a protective cap installed over the sensing element to prevent damage during shipping and handling. You can remove it if needed, but it helps with dust protection.
Q: What is the maximum cable length recommended for the I2C connection?
A: For reliable I2C communication at standard speeds, we recommend keeping the cable length under 1 meter. For longer distances, consider using an I2C extender or buffer.
