Classic French Quality
This is the rosin I grew up using at conservatory. The fine dust formula grips the bow hair perfectly without being too sticky. Great for both my violin and my student's cello.

Good value, messy application
The sound quality is excellent and warm. However, because it is a fine dust formula, it does create a bit more cleanup on the instrument body compared to hard cakes. Still worth it for the tone.

Great for cellos

Smooth and consistent
Switched from a dark rosin to this light fine dust version. The difference in clarity on the E-string of my violin is noticeable. Highly recommended for classical players.

Perfect for humid climates
I live in a very humid area where other rosins become slippery. This Guillaume tin rosin maintains its grip beautifully throughout long practice sessions.
