Great value for the price
I bought this for my student violin and it works perfectly. The grip is just right without being too sticky, and having three boxes means I won't need to buy more for a long time.

Good for Erhu practice
Solid rosin for daily practice on the Erhu. It produces a clear tone. One box had a tiny crack in the casing, but the rosin inside was fine.

Works well on viola
I use this on my viola and it provides enough friction for the lower strings. It does create a little bit of dust, but nothing unmanageable.

Decent but basic
It gets the job done for the price. Don't expect premium quality, but for a backup or for students, it is perfectly adequate.
