Great for smart home backend

Perfect for Industrial Automation Projects
This module integrated seamlessly with our existing PLC system. The Modbus addressing was straightforward, and the relay switching is crisp and reliable. Highly recommended for remote IO tasks.
Q: What is the maximum wire gauge for the terminal blocks?
A: The terminal blocks accommodate wires from 0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm² (approximately 24 AWG to 12 AWG).
Q: Can I power this directly from a 24V DC supply?
A: Yes, the module operates within a DC 9V to 24V range, so a standard 24V DC industrial power supply is perfectly suitable.
Q: Are the relay outputs Form A (NO) or Form C (NO/NC)?
A: The relay outputs are Form C, providing both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) contacts for each channel.
Q: Is there software provided to configure the device?
A: The device uses standard Modbus registers. While we provide a register map document, configuration is typically done via your own SCADA system, PLC, or generic Modbus tester software.
Q: Does this module support ASCII mode or only RTU?
A: This specific model supports Modbus RTU mode exclusively. It does not support Modbus ASCII.
