Reliable in harsh environments
We deployed these in a warehouse with significant electrical noise. The isolation feature works as advertised, and we haven't had a single dropout. The LoRa range is also impressive for large facilities.

Perfect for industrial IoT projects
The DAM0404D module exceeded my expectations. Setting up the WiFi and LoRa connections was straightforward, and the serial isolation provides excellent protection for our main controller. Highly recommended for automation tasks.

Great value for money
For the price, you get a lot of functionality. The build quality feels premium. It took me a little while to configure the Modbus registers, but once done, it runs flawlessly.

Versatile connectivity options

Essential component for our SCADA system
Integration with our existing SCADA software was seamless. The ability to switch between Ethernet and wireless backups gives us the redundancy we need. Excellent product from Juying.

Solid performance, minor documentation gaps
The hardware is robust and the relay switching is silent and reliable. I deducted one star because the initial setup guide for the Ethernet static IP could be more detailed. Otherwise, a great product.
Q: Does this module support MQTT protocol for cloud integration?
A: Yes, the DAM0404D supports MQTT over both WiFi and Ethernet connections, allowing easy integration with most major IoT cloud platforms.
Q: Is there a mobile app available for controlling the relays?
A: Juying provides a generic TCP/UDP debug tool and supports third-party apps via Modbus TCP. We do not have a branded proprietary mobile app at this time, but many customers use Node-RED or Home Assistant dashboards.
Q: Can the LoRa frequency be customized for different regions?
A: Absolutely. The LoRa frequency is configurable via the web interface or serial commands to match regional standards such as 868 MHz for Europe or 915 MHz for North America.
Q: What is the maximum wire gauge accepted by the terminal blocks?
A: The terminal blocks accommodate wires ranging from 24 AWG to 12 AWG (0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm²).
Q: How do I reset the device to factory settings if I lose the password?
A: You can perform a hard reset by holding the physical reset button on the PCB for 10 seconds while powering up the device. This will restore default IP and login credentials.
