Good value but shipping took time

Solid performance
Does exactly what it says on the box. The tablets stay fresh if kept in the bottle properly. Deducting one star only because the cap can be a bit tight to open sometimes.
Q: What is the expiration date on the current stock?
A: Our current batch has an expiration date of at least 18 months from the date of purchase. The specific date is printed on the bottom of each bottle.
Q: Are these reagents compatible with non-Palintest comparators?
A: Yes, as long as your comparator uses standard 10ml or 25ml cells and follows the DPD1 color scale, these tablets should work accurately.
Q: How should I store these tablets during summer heat?
A: It is crucial to store them in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or inside a hot car, as heat can degrade the chemical integrity.
Q: Can I use these to test hot tub water as well?
A: Absolutely. These reagents are suitable for both swimming pools and hot tubs/spas for testing residual chlorine and stabilizer levels.
Q: Does this kit include the testing tube or just the refills?
A: This item contains only the reagent tablets and the instruction leaflet. The testing tube or photometer must be purchased separately.
