A: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
Q: Do these come in a gift box?
A: They come in a clear protective OPP bag with a colorful header card, which is suitable for gifting. We do not currently offer a separate rigid gift box option.
Q: Will the paint chip off easily?
A: The clips feature a high-quality enamel coating that is baked on for durability. With normal use, the paint should not chip easily.
Q: Can I mix and match designs in one order?
A: This specific listing is for the Pig design only. However, we have other animal designs available in our store that you can purchase separately.
Q: Are these clips strong enough to hold thick cardstock?
A: Yes, they have a strong spring mechanism that can comfortably hold up to 15-20 sheets of standard paper or 5-6 sheets of thick cardstock.
