Durable but tight fit
Great quality bushings that seem very wear-resistant. Just make sure your housing bore is perfectly sized; it was a very tight press-fit which required a hydraulic press to install correctly.

Perfect for heavy gate hinges

Excellent value for money
Bought the 50x55 size for a custom sorting chute. The copper sleeve provides great thermal conductivity and the PTFE layer ensures smooth operation. Will buy again.

Solid performance in wet environments
These hold up well against the high-pressure washdowns we do weekly. No signs of rust or degradation yet. Took off one star because shipping took longer than expected.
Q: Do I need to apply additional grease during installation?
A: No additional grease is required. The SF1 material is self-lubricating. Applying external grease might actually attract dirt and dust in a pig herding environment.
Q: What is the lead time for bulk orders of the 45x50mm size?
A: For bulk orders exceeding 500 units, please contact our sales team directly. Standard stock usually ships within 2-3 business days for smaller quantities.
Q: Can these bushings be used in submerged water conditions?
A: While they are water-resistant and suitable for wet farm environments, continuous submersion is not recommended as it may eventually wash out the lubricating PTFE transfer film over extended periods.
Q: Are these compatible with stainless steel shafts?
A: Yes, these composite bushings work excellently with stainless steel shafts, providing low friction and preventing galling even under high loads.
Q: What tool is required for installation?
A: Due to the interference fit design, we recommend using an arbor press or a hydraulic press to install the bushing evenly without damaging the soft inner lining.
