Perfect for my darkroom setup

Solid build quality
Very happy with the construction. The snap-lock lid is secure and doesn't pop open accidentally. It keeps dust out effectively. Would give 5 stars if it came in a larger size option for bulk storage.

Leader retriever is a lifesaver
I bought this mainly for the storage, but the included film head extractor has saved me so much time. No more fumbling with tape to find the leader. Highly recommended for anyone shooting film regularly.

Great protection, slightly tight fit
The anti-X-ray feature is a must-have for traveling photographers. The box feels very sturdy. My only minor complaint is that it gets a bit snug when fully loaded with 120 film, but it still closes securely.

Best investment for film lovers
Finally, a storage solution that handles both 135 and 120 formats well. The anti-static property prevents dust from clinging to the negatives immediately upon opening. Excellent product overall.
Q: Is this box completely airtight or just dust-proof?
A: The box is designed to be dust-proof and moisture-resistant with a secure snap-lock lid, but it is not hermetically sealed or waterproof. For humid environments, we recommend adding a silica gel packet inside.
Q: Can the film leader retriever be used on damaged film leaders?
A: Yes, the included retriever is designed to grip even partially damaged or recessed leaders. However, if the film is severely torn at the tip, success may vary depending on the extent of the damage.
Q: Does the anti-X-ray protection work at airport security scanners?
A: The bag provides significant shielding against standard carry-on X-ray scanners. However, we always recommend requesting a hand inspection for unprocessed film whenever possible, as checked baggage scanners use higher intensity radiation.
Q: Is the plastic recyclable?
A: The box is made from polypropylene (PP), which is generally recyclable in facilities that accept #5 plastics. Please check your local recycling guidelines to confirm acceptance.
