Great hardware, documentation could be better
The device itself is robust and the soft hook feature is very responsive. I deducted one star because the API documentation for the SDK had a few typos, but support cleared it up quickly.
Q: Do you provide sample code for detecting polarity reversal?
A: Absolutely. The SDK folder contains a specific demo project titled 'PolarityDetection' that shows how to capture and log polarity reversal events in real-time.
Q: Can I use this with a VoIP phone system?
A: This device is designed for analog PSTN lines. To use it with VoIP, you would need an Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) to convert the signal.
Q: Does this device support simultaneous recording on multiple lines?
A: No, the IP1-F is designed for single-line operation. For multi-line setups, you would need to purchase multiple units or look at our enterprise-grade multi-port models.
Q: Is the Secondary Development Kit compatible with Python?
