Reliable soft dialing solution

Great hardware, documentation could be better
The polarity reversal detection is a lifesaver for our international lines. Took a bit of time to figure out the initial driver setup, but once running, it's very stable.

The SDK support made integrating this dialer box with our custom CRM incredibly smooth. Soft hook control works flawlessly without any physical switches needed.

A: It automatically detects when the calling party answers or hangs up based on line voltage changes, ensuring accurate call logging and billing without manual input.
Q: Does this device work with Mac OS?
A: Currently, the Zipei USB Voice Dialer Box is officially supported on Windows and select Linux distributions. Mac OS drivers are not yet available.
Q: Can I use this with standard analog phone lines?
A: Yes, this device connects to standard PSTN analog lines and manages the connection via the USB interface to your PC.
