Perfect for our office migration to UOS
We recently switched our government office computers to the UOS system and needed a reliable way to record landline calls. This Zipei box worked immediately after installing the driver. The integration with our existing workflow was seamless.

Works but software needs update
The device itself records well, but the management software feels a bit outdated. It functions correctly on UOS, but the user interface could be more intuitive. Good value for the price though.

Plug and play on Kylin

Reliable daily performer
Using this for six months now in a busy environment. It hasn't crashed once. The only minor issue is the USB cable could be longer, but that's easily solved with an extension.

Good hardware, setup requires patience
The build quality is solid and the recording clarity is excellent. However, configuring the SDK on Kylin OS took some time as the documentation could be more detailed. Once set up, it runs without issues.
Q: Does it record incoming and outgoing calls automatically?
A: Yes, once the software is configured, the device detects off-hook states and automatically records both incoming and outgoing calls without manual intervention.
Q: Does this work with VoIP lines or only analog landlines?
A: This model is designed specifically for analog landline connections (RJ11). For pure VoIP setups, please check our network-based recording solutions.
Q: Is this compatible with Windows 10 or only domestic OS?
A: This specific model is optimized for domestic Xinchuang systems like UOS and Kylin. While it may function on Windows with generic drivers, full SDK features are guaranteed only on supported domestic operating systems.
Q: What is the maximum storage capacity supported?
A: The device does not have internal storage; it saves files directly to your computer's hard drive. The limit depends entirely on your available disk space.
