Excellent caller ID pop-up
The main reason we bought this was for the PC pop-up feature. It instantly shows who is calling before we even pick up the handset. Recording is a nice bonus. Very happy with the purchase.

Great hardware, documentation could be better
The recording quality is crisp and the USB connection is stable. The pop-up feature works well on Windows 10. I deducted one star because the API documentation for secondary development was a bit sparse, but support helped me out.

If you just want plug-and-play, this might be tricky. It really shines if you have a developer who can utilize the secondary development features. Once configured, it does exactly what it says.

The device feels sturdy and the LCD screen is clear. Audio fidelity is good for voice records. Integration took some time but the end result is a robust call logging system.
