Good hardware, software needs update
The physical build quality is solid and it connects easily to my landline. However, the accompanying software feels a bit dated. It does the job for basic caller ID, but don't expect advanced analytics.

A: It displays whatever information is transmitted by your telephone service provider. If your provider sends the caller's name along with the number (CNAM), it will appear on your screen; otherwise, it will show the number only.
Q: Is the software compatible with Mac computers?
A: Yes, our latest driver update supports macOS 10.15 and newer versions. You can download the specific Mac installer from the product support page on our website.
Q: Can I export the call logs to Excel or CSV format?
A: Absolutely. The software includes a feature to export all call history, including dates, times, and numbers, directly to CSV or Excel formats for easy record-keeping.
Q: Does this device work with VoIP lines or only traditional landlines?
