Good value but manual could be better
The hardware is solid and records calls without any issues. However, the instruction manual is a bit vague regarding advanced dialing features. Once figured out, it works great.

Excellent audio clarity

Perfect for my home office setup
This device works exactly as described. I connected it to my landline and laptop, and the recording quality is crystal clear. The software was easy to install on Windows 10.
Q: Does this support Mac OS?
A: Currently, the drivers and software are designed specifically for Windows operating systems (7 through 11). There is no native support for Mac OS at this time.
Q: Can I record calls automatically or do I have to press a button each time?
A: The accompanying software allows you to set up automatic recording for all incoming and outgoing calls, or you can configure it to record based on specific rules.
Q: What is the maximum length of a single recording file?
A: The recording length is limited only by your computer's hard drive space. The software can handle continuous recording sessions lasting several hours without interruption.
Q: Does this device work with VoIP phones or only traditional landlines?
A: This device is designed primarily for traditional analog landline and fixed-line phones. It may not be directly compatible with pure VoIP systems without an analog telephone adapter (ATA).
Q: Is the recording software included in the box or do I need to download it?
A: The software is included on the CD provided in the package. However, we recommend downloading the latest version from our official website for the best compatibility with newer Windows versions.
