Great for remote work setups

I bought this to record client calls for training purposes. It connects easily between the phone and the wall jack. The only minor issue is that the software interface looks a bit dated, but it functions well.

Q: What happens if the computer goes to sleep while a call is coming in?
A: If the computer is in sleep mode, the software may not trigger to start recording. We recommend adjusting your power settings to prevent the computer from sleeping during business hours.
