Excellent audio clarity

Great value, minor software learning curve
The hardware works flawlessly with my old landline. Recording starts automatically when a call comes in. The included software took me a little while to figure out for organizing files, but once set up, it runs smoothly in the background.

Works well but requires external storage
The recorder functions as advertised, but be aware that it does not come with a USB drive. You must purchase one separately to store your recordings. Once I added a drive, everything worked fine.
