Great functionality, minor setup learning curve
Once we got past the initial configuration, the call forwarding and outbound features work flawlessly. The dashboard is intuitive, though I wish the user manual was more detailed for the attendance module.

Solid performance overall
We have been using this for three months now. The call forwarding is instant, and clients never know we aren't at the desk. The only reason for 4 stars is that the mobile app could use a few more filters for call logs.
