Good but ink runs out fast
The recording feature is top-notch, but since I write a lot, the ink cartridge needs replacing more often than expected. Still worth it for the audio quality.

Perfect for lecture notes

Excellent meeting recorder

Great device, minor software quirks
The hardware is excellent and the sound is clear even in noisy rooms. The file transfer software on Mac was a bit tricky to set up initially, but works fine now.

Solid build quality
Feels premium in the hand. The aluminum body is durable. Recording start/stop is instant. Would give 5 stars if it came with a spare ink refill.

Indispensable for journalists
As a reporter, I need discreet recording tools. This pen is flawless. The noise cancellation really helps when interviewing on busy streets.
Q: How do I transfer the files to my computer?
A: Simply connect the pen to your computer using the included USB-C cable. It will appear as an external drive, allowing you to drag and drop WAV files directly.
Q: Is there a light indicator when recording?
A: There is a very subtle LED indicator that blinks slowly when recording is active. It is designed to be discreet and is not easily noticeable from a distance.
Q: Can I replace the ink cartridge myself?
A: Yes, the pen uses standard gel ink refills. Simply unscrew the barrel, remove the old cartridge, and insert a new compatible black gel refill.
Q: What happens if the battery dies while recording?
A: The device automatically saves the current recording segment before shutting down to prevent data loss. You may lose only the last few seconds of audio.
Q: Can this pen record while I am writing?
A: Yes, the recording function operates independently of the writing mechanism. You can write and record simultaneously without any interference.
