Excellent audio clarity
As a legal assistant, accurate records are vital. The WAV format provides uncompressed audio that is much clearer than other compressed formats I have tried. Highly recommend for professional use.

Simple plug-and-play solution
No software installation required! This was the main selling point for me. I transferred files to my laptop via USB effortlessly. It saves so much time compared to our old tape-based system.

Great value, minor learning curve
This device does exactly what it promises. The voice prompts are helpful once you get used to them. My only slight complaint is that the manual could be more detailed regarding file naming conventions on the SD card.

Perfect for my small office

The unit feels sturdy and well-made. The LCD screen is bright enough to read in low light. It would be perfect if it came with an SD card included, but buying one separately was not a big issue.
