Perfect for home office records
This device works exactly as described. Setup was incredibly easy, just plug it in between the wall jack and the phone. The sound quality on the recordings is clear enough to hear every word of my client calls.

Great value, simple interface
I bought this to keep track of important family calls. The SD card storage is a huge plus so I don't have to worry about limited internal memory. The only downside is the manual could be slightly more detailed, but overall very satisfied.

Good but lacks USB direct export
The recording quality is good and it handles high call volumes well. However, you have to remove the SD card to listen to files on a computer. A direct USB port would have made this perfect.

Does the job well
Easy to install and the LCD screen is bright and readable. It captures both sides of the conversation clearly. I deducted one star because the buttons are a bit small for my fingers, but functionality is top-notch.
