Good but basic
It records well, but the menu navigation on the small LCD screen takes some getting used to. Once you figure it out, it's fine. Good for the price point.

Perfect for small office use
This device was incredibly easy to set up. I just plugged it in between my phone and the wall jack, inserted an SD card, and it started working immediately. The sound quality is crisp and clear.

Does the job well

Great value, simple interface
I bought this to record client calls for training purposes. It does exactly what it says without needing a computer. The only downside is the manual could be slightly more detailed, but overall very satisfied.
Q: Can I listen to recordings directly on the device?
A: Yes, the device features a built-in speaker and LCD screen that allow you to browse, play, and manage recordings directly without removing the SD card.
Q: Does this device work with VoIP phones?
A: The Artech AR120 is designed specifically for analog landline telephone systems. It may not function correctly with digital VoIP phones unless an analog telephone adapter (ATA) is used.
Q: What is the maximum SD card size supported?
A: This model supports SD cards up to 32GB in capacity. We recommend using Class 10 cards for optimal recording performance.
Q: How do I transfer files to my computer?
A: You can simply remove the SD card from the device and insert it into your computer's SD card reader or use a USB card adapter to access and copy the audio files.
Q: Is there a battery backup if the power goes out?
A: No, the AR120 requires continuous AC power to operate. If the power is interrupted, recording will stop until power is restored. It does not have an internal battery backup.
