Works well but condensation is real
The cooling power is impressive, maybe too impressive. On the highest setting in a humid room, I got some condensation forming near the edges. Just be careful not to run it on max when you aren't actively playing heavy games.

Solid performer for live broadcasts
I use this for 4K video recording and live broadcasting. It prevents the camera app from shutting down due to overheating. The fan noise is minimal on low and medium settings. Would give 5 stars if the cable was a bit longer.

Great for streaming, slight bulk
This cooler works wonders for maintaining frame rates while I stream. My viewers noticed the difference immediately. The only downside is it adds a bit of weight to the phone, making one-handed use difficult, but that's expected for this performance.

Best semiconductor cooler in this price range
I've tested five different coolers this month. The X25 has the fastest cooldown time and the build quality feels premium. The silicone pads protect the phone back from scratches, and the clip mechanism is very sturdy.

Keeps my phone ice cold during long sessions
I play competitive shooters for hours and my phone used to throttle constantly. The X25 drops the temperature instantly on level 3. The fan is quiet enough that it doesn't interfere with game audio. Highly recommended for serious mobile gamers.

No more thermal throttling!
My battery health was degrading fast due to heat. Since using the X25, my phone stays cool to the touch even after two hours of gaming. The RGB lights are a nice touch and match my setup perfectly.
Q: Will this fit an iPhone 15 Pro Max with a MagSafe case?
A: It will fit the dimensions, but the magnetic ring on MagSafe cases might create a small air gap. For best results with MagSafe phones, we suggest using a thin non-magnetic case or no case at all.
Q: Is the fan speed adjustable or just the cooling levels?
A: The three cooling levels automatically adjust both the semiconductor intensity and the fan RPM. Level 1 is silent, Level 2 is balanced, and Level 3 provides maximum cooling with slightly higher fan noise.
Q: Does this cooler work with phones that have thick protective cases?
A: The spring clip can accommodate phones with cases up to 12mm thick. However, for maximum cooling efficiency, we recommend removing very thick or insulated cases so the semiconductor plate makes direct contact with the phone.
Q: How long is the included USB-C cable?
A: The package includes a braided USB-C to USB-C cable that is 1.2 meters (approx. 4 feet) long, providing plenty of flexibility for different hand-holding positions.
Q: Can I use this while charging my phone at the same time?
A: Yes, the X25 features a pass-through USB-C port. You can plug your charging cable into the cooler to charge your phone while the cooling fan is running.
