Perfect for beach fishing

Essential gear for surf casting

No more holding the rod!

Great value, simple design

Does exactly what it says. It's not fancy, but the Y-shape keeps the line off the ground perfectly. Easy to push into soft soil. Took off one star because it can be hard to insert into very hard clay.

Solid support frame

Works well with my spinning rod. The spike goes in deep enough to be stable even when there is a bit of wind. Just wish it came with a carrying pouch.
