Perfect for my jewelry repairs
This little block is a lifesaver. I used the fine side to buff out some minor scratches on a silver ring, and it looks brand new. Very easy to hold and control.

Excellent value
I bought this for polishing small metal gadgets. It fits perfectly in the hand and the sponge texture prevents slipping. Highly recommended for detail work.

Must-have for scratch repair
Keep one of these at my workbench at all times. It's perfect for quick touch-ups on silverware and jewelry before the final buffing wheel stage.

Good but wears down eventually
Does exactly what it says. After heavy use on several projects, the edges started to round off, but for the price, it's still a great consumable tool.

Smooth finish on jade
I was skeptical about using a sponge tool on jade, but it worked beautifully. It reached into the crevices of my carved pendant that hard blocks couldn't reach.

Great for bead polishing
Works wonderfully on Bodhi seeds. It gives them a nice mirror shine without removing too much material. The coarse side is good for initial shaping.
Q: Will this work on glass or only metals and stones?
A: While primarily designed for metals, jade, and seeds, it can be used on glass for very fine edge smoothing. It is not intended for deep glass grinding.
Q: Is this tool washable if it gets dirty with polish residue?
A: Absolutely. You can rinse the sponge block under warm water to remove dust and polishing compound. Let it air dry completely before storing.
Q: Can this be used on gold plating without removing the layer?
A: Yes, the ultra-fine side is gentle enough for gold plating. However, we recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area first and using light pressure.
Q: How long does one block typically last?
A: Lifespan depends on usage frequency and material hardness. For occasional hobby use, one block can last several months. Daily professional use may require replacement every few weeks.
Q: What is the difference between the two sides?
A: The grey side has a slightly coarser grit for removing minor imperfections and scratches, while the white side is ultra-fine for achieving a high-gloss mirror finish.
