A Vanillaware Masterpiece

The hand-drawn art style is absolutely breathtaking. The combat system is deep and rewarding once you get the hang of the stance mechanics. Definitely worth the wait!

Good but steep learning curve

Beautiful graphics, but the battle system took me a long time to understand. Maybe not the best choice if you want something casual, but great for hardcore gamers.

Solid gameplay loop

Spent over 20 hours already and still finding new things. The music is catchy. Only wish there was a bit more dialogue in the late game, but overall a solid purchase.

Best tactical RPG this year

The freedom to build your own party and explore the map non-linearly is fantastic. The Chinese localization is accurate and well-translated. Highly recommended for strategy fans.

Great game, minor performance dips

Love the story and character designs. Occasionally experiences frame rate drops during large battles, but it doesn't ruin the experience. The HK version works perfectly on my console.

Visual Feast

Even if you don't play much, just watching the cutscenes and battle animations is worth it. Vanillaware never disappoints with their art direction. Fast shipping too!
