Good fit for standard pens
These fit perfectly into my existing magic pens. The ink density is good, not too watery. Only giving 4 stars because the fading isn't instant, but that's expected with this technology.

Smooth writing experience
I was worried these might skip or feel scratchy, but they write just like regular gel pens. The disappearing feature is magical for kids learning to write characters. Highly recommend!

Works but needs warmth
The refills work as advertised, but you definitely need friction or a warm room for the ink to vanish completely. If it's cold, the writing stays visible for hours. Still useful for practice though.

Perfect for practicing handwriting!

Great capacity, slight delay in fading
The jumbo size means I don't have to change refills often. In cooler weather, the ink takes a bit longer to disappear, but it still works well overall. Good value for the price.
Q: Can I use these refills on regular paper?
A: Yes, you can use them on regular paper, but the disappearing effect relies on heat and friction. On thick or coated paper, the fading process might be slower compared to the specialized groove copybooks.
Q: How long does it take for the ink to disappear completely?
A: Under normal room temperature (around 20-25°C), the ink typically fades within 30 to 60 minutes. Friction from erasing or warmer temperatures can speed up this process.
Q: What happens if I store these refills in a hot car?
A: Extreme heat may cause the thermochromic ink to become clear prematurely inside the refill tube. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain ink visibility until use.
Q: Do these refills work in standard gel pens or only specific magic pens?
A: These refills are designed primarily for magic groove copybook pens, but they fit most standard gel pen barrels with a 0.5mm tip compatibility. Please check your pen's refill dimensions before purchasing.
