Good value for money
The replaceable cartridge system is very eco-friendly and cost-effective. The pen feels lightweight but sturdy. It takes a little practice to get used to the softness of the tip compared to felt tips.

Perfect for watercolor sketches

Great flow, quick drying
As a left-handed writer, the quick-dry feature is essential. It dries almost instantly, so no more smeared pages. The only reason for 4 stars is that the cartridge runs out slightly faster than expected.

Best brush pen I've owned

Reliable and consistent
This is my third Pentel brush pen. The consistency in ink flow is unmatched. It doesn't skip, and the gray pigment mentioned in some descriptions isn't present; this one is a deep, rich black as advertised.

A: Absolutely. Replacement ink cartridges are sold separately under the Pentel brand, specifically designed for this Quick-Dry series.
Q: What is the difference between this and the standard Pocket Brush?
A: This model features a specialized quick-dry and waterproof formula, whereas the standard Pocket Brush uses regular water-based ink that is not waterproof.
