Cleaner than chalk
I switched from tailor's chalk to these pens for detailed pattern work. The lines are much finer and more precise, and the heat activation is reliable every time.

Consistent flow

Good but sensitive to humidity
The product works as described in dry conditions. However, I noticed the marks fade slower if the workshop is very humid. Still useful for general layout tasks.

Works well with an iron
Great for marking fabric before cutting. The ink disappears quickly under a warm iron. Just make sure not to press too hard or the line might indent the fabric slightly before fading.

A: Unlike some friction inks that reappear in freezing temperatures, our formula is designed to remain faded after the heat threshold is met, ensuring your final product stays clean.

Q: Can I use this on synthetic leather?
A: Yes, these refills are safe for use on both natural and synthetic leather. However, we always suggest testing on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure the material can withstand the heat required to fade the ink.
