Great upgrade but runs hot
The build quality is excellent and feels very robust. It does run slightly hotter than the stock brass nozzle, so I had to tweak my temperature settings down by 5 degrees.

Zero clogs so far
I've printed over 2kg of glass-filled nylon and haven't experienced a single clog. The flow rate is consistent and the layer adhesion is fantastic.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
Finally upgraded to the hardened steel version and it handles carbon fiber PLA without any wear. The installation was straightforward and the print quality improved immediately.

Solid performance
Works exactly as advertised. The only minor issue is that the silicone sock fits a bit tighter than the original, but it stays in place well during prints.

A: Yes, the upgraded detachable assembly includes a new high-power heater cartridge and a pre-installed thermistor, so you get a completely fresh heating block system.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab P1S?
A: This specific assembly is designed for the X1C and P1P models. While the P1S shares similar architecture, we recommend checking the specific P1S spare parts list to ensure full compatibility before purchasing.
