Excellent quality materials
The red paper is vibrant and cuts cleanly without tearing easily. The templates are sturdy cardboard which helps beginners trace accurately. Highly recommend for kindergarten teachers.

Best craft kit we've tried
Unlike other kits that feel cheap, this one feels premium. The educational aspect is wonderful for developing hand-eye coordination. Will buy again as gifts.

Great cultural activity
Bought this to teach my kids about Chinese New Year traditions. The instruction book is very clear with pictures. Only wish it came with a few more sheets of paper.

Perfect for my preschooler!
My 4-year-old absolutely loves this kit. The patterns are simple enough for little hands, and the safety scissors work great. It kept us busy for a whole rainy afternoon.

Good value set
Everything you need is in the box. My daughter enjoyed making the flower patterns. The scissors are a bit stiff at first but loosen up after use.

Fun family bonding time
We made window decorations for our living room. It was surprisingly relaxing for me too! The steps are logical and easy to follow for ages 3 to 6 as advertised.
Q: Are the scissors sharp enough to cut thick cardstock?
A: The included scissors are designed specifically for children's safety with rounded tips. They cut the provided paper and standard cardstock templates perfectly, but may struggle with very thick industrial cardstock.
Q: Can I buy refills for the red paper separately?
A: Currently, we sell the complete kits only. However, the paper size is standard 15cm x 15cm, so you can easily find compatible red crafting paper at most stationery stores.
Q: Is the instruction book in English?
A: Yes, the instruction book features step-by-step guides in English with clear illustrations to ensure language is not a barrier for young crafters.
Q: Is this suitable for a 3-year-old or is it too difficult?
A: While rated for ages 3-6, a 3-year-old will likely need parental assistance for the folding and cutting steps. It is a great collaborative activity for that age group.
Q: Does the kit include glue for assembling the final pieces?
A: This kit focuses on the cutting and folding aspects of Jianzhi art. Glue is not included as traditional paper cuts are often displayed by taping them to windows, but you may want to have some craft glue on hand for other projects.
