Perfect upgrade for carbon fiber printing

Essential for abrasive filaments
If you plan on printing anything other than basic PLA, get this. The hardened steel prevents the nozzle from rounding out, which keeps your dimensional accuracy spot on over long prints.

Great quality, slightly tight fit
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. I had to apply a little extra force to seat it into the toolhead, but once locked in, it works flawlessly. Temperatures are stable.

Consistent extrusion

Solid performer
Does exactly what it says on the tin. It's a direct replacement that allows for higher temperature printing safely. Took off one star only because the included thermal paste tube was nearly empty.
Q: Does this come with a new silicone sock?
A: Yes, the package includes a new high-temperature silicone sock, along with the pre-installed fan and thermistor.
Q: Can I use this to print at 310°C?
A: We recommend a maximum operating temperature of 300°C for safety and longevity. Exceeding this may damage the heater cartridge or thermistor.
Q: What is the warranty period for this part?
A: This accessory comes with a standard 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Q: How difficult is the installation process?
A: It is very easy. You simply remove the two screws holding the old hotend, disconnect the cables, and reverse the process with the new unit. No calibration is usually required.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this TZ2.0 assembly is designed specifically for the X1 and P1 series printers. The A1 mini uses a different hotend architecture.
