Saved me money
Why pay double for the official brand when this works just as well? I've printed over 2kg of glass-filled PETG and the extrusion is still consistent. Highly recommend for budget-conscious makers.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel hotend specifically to print carbon fiber nylon. It has held up perfectly after several spools with no signs of wear on the nozzle tip. Installation on my P1S was straightforward.

Reliable replacement
My original brass nozzle wore out quickly with abrasive PLA. This hardened steel version is the perfect solution. Print quality remains high even at higher speeds.

Seamless upgrade
Upgraded my X1-Carbon in less than 10 minutes. The thermal transfer seems efficient, and the included silicone sock fits perfectly. No oozing or clogging issues so far.

Good value, minor calibration needed
The build quality feels solid and comparable to the original. I did have to run the flow rate calibration again after installation, which is expected. Prints look great now.

Solid performance
Works exactly as described. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the threading was slightly tight at first, but it loosened up after the first heat cycle. Great for engineering materials.
Q: Does this come with a new thermistor or heater cartridge?
A: This is a complete hotend assembly, so it includes a new thermistor and heater cartridge pre-installed. You do not need to transfer parts from your old hotend.
Q: Can I use this with standard PLA without changing any settings?
A: Yes, you can print standard PLA. However, we recommend running the flow rate calibration in the printer settings after installation to ensure optimal dimension accuracy.
Q: What is the maximum continuous temperature this can handle?
A: The hardened steel hotend is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C, making it suitable for high-temperature engineering filaments like Polycarbonate blends.
Q: How does this compare to the official Bambu Lab hardened steel hotend?
A: Functionally, they perform very similarly regarding durability and heat retention. The main difference is the branding and price point. Our version offers a cost-effective alternative with comparable print quality.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this TZ 2.0 hotend is designed specifically for the X1 and P1 series printers. The A1 mini uses a different hotend architecture.
